In honor of World Breastfeeding Week, Mainline Maternity Care invites you to a free, in-person Lactation class for moms designed to support you on your breastfeeding journey. Whether you’re currently pregnant, just had your baby, or still exploring your feeding options, this session offers the guidance, tools, and community support you need to feel informed and confident.

Led by a nurse and certified lactation specialist, this session will focus on the foundations of lactation including how milk production works, how to establish a good latch, feeding cues to look for, and common myths and challenges around breastfeeding. The class is designed to offer evidence-based guidance in a supportive, welcoming environment.
This lactation class is ideal for:
– Pregnant individuals planning to breastfeed
– New moms navigating the early days of nursing
