Mainline Maternity Care is proud to be a part of the 3rd Annual Baltimore Healthy Start “Our Babies Are More Precious Than Gold” Leaders in Black Maternal Health Awards Luncheon. Join us for an inspiring afternoon on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the prestigious Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture, located at 830 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202.
This momentous occasion celebrates the remarkable individuals and organizations dedicated to improving Black maternal health outcomes in our community. We honor the tireless efforts of advocates, healthcare professionals, and community leaders who champion equitable and respectful care for Black mothers and families.
This year’s event will honor:
- Adeline Atack, Leadership Award
- Delegate Pena Melnyk, Advocacy Award
- Dr. Diane Rowley, Visionary Award
- Dr. Arthur James, Champion Award
- Pamika Lee, Lillian Armstrong Service Award
The event will also recognize several men who have been impactful in the field of maternal health:
- CFUF CEO, Joseph Jones
- Former City Council President Nick Mosby
- AMCHP CEO, Terrance Moore
- Senator Cory V. McCray

The luncheon provides a platform to connect with fellow advocates, community partners, and healthcare providers while celebrating the strides made in Black maternal health.
