Tired after work but need a boost? Join us for the Zumba After Work Party, a bi-weekly fitness session designed to help you move your body, manage stress, and connect with others. Led by Keona Sparks, our Empowerment Liaison Coach and certified CPR instructor, this high-energy class takes place every other Thursday at 6:30 PM at KANVAS, located at 3870 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The next class is happening on May 1st, 2025.
This isn’t your average workout. It’s an open, supportive space where you can let go of the day, dance at your own pace, and feel stronger—without pressure or judgment. Keona brings not only experience but purpose. Her mission is to help people move with intention, Be Resilient ON PURPOSE. Mindfulness Matters. Wellness fuels you. It also guides the structure of each session, prioritizing both physical health and mental clarity.
Zumba is more than cardio. It supports heart health, boosts coordination, and relieves tension—all while burning calories. The dance-based approach makes it easier to stay active consistently because it feels less like a workout and more like a release. Even if you’ve never danced before, you’ll feel welcome here.
