DESCRIPTION:National Seat Check Saturday is a nationwide effort to make sure every child is riding safely. Families can visit certified inspection stations and community events where technicians help check\, adjust\, and install car seats the right way\, no pressure\, no judgment. \n\n\n\nThe goal is simple: to catch the small mistakes that can make a big difference in a crash. Parents and caregivers often think a seat is installed correctly\, but nearly half aren’t. This day gives everyone a chance to learn from trained safety technicians\, ask questions\, and leave confident their child’s seat fits their age\, weight\, and height. \n\n\n\nInspection sites are set up across the country\, many through local police\, fire departments\, hospitals\, and safety organizations.
